Snow invites people to a beautiful wonderland which is made by craftsmen and artists.

Have you ever visited "Sapporo Yuki Matsuri" - one of the biggest snow art festival at Sapporo city in Hokkaido, Japan? ("Yuki" means snow in Japanese. )

Unfortunately, It was canceled in 2020 due to the epidemic of covid-19 virus. That's not very happy for the people who are snowlovers.

The Sapporo Yuki Matsuri began in 1950 at first and It's been held over 70 years.

It's not just an ordinal festival which people can enjoy foods, walking on streets but where we can find the creative works which are made by snow.

Today, Eshan will share the video which he filmed the Sapporo Yuki Matsuri in

2020.

Eshan comments:

"It's first time for me to see snow and it's in Japan.

Sri Lanka is hot so it doesn't snow.

It was really fun and I enjoyed playing snow with my friends together.

When I went to see Sapporo Yuki Matsuri, it surprised me a lot.

"Can we make it by snow??"

It's cold but I wore a foodie, and a few shirts, it was okay at all.

Someday I'd like to play with snow again."

Let's Enjoy the view of Sapporo Snow Festival at home this year.

Hope everyone stays safe.

Have a happy winter holiday!
